Emerging Leaders of America Alumni

The DMV contractual market can be tricky.  Occasionally there are circumstances where our contract demand changes that can not be predicted.  Unfortunately, sometimes these circumstances mean that we lose employees.

So we came up with an idea: why not create a job bank where we can post jobs within our alumni network or post skills of employees who have been deferred.
